Actually Good Chef Jobs has been supporting fair paying businesses to grow their teams since 2020.

We do this by advertising great jobs in great kitchens via our Instagram, an we are proud to say we are the only FREE to use job platform where all jobs are above the London Living Wage.

Job adverts are shared on our stories and then kept in our highlights for 2 weeks, all for FREE. The only thing we ask is that you share the story on your venues Instagram to build awareness of the platform and grow the community with the hope of making all Chef jobs Actually Good!

There is also a Premium option to choose if you want to advertise your Actually Good Chef Job with us BUT your Marketing Manager doesn’t want to ‘ruin’ their skilfully curated Instagram aesthetic… They come with an admin fee of £100 inc VAT and for that, (1) the advert doesn’t need to be shared, (2) the advert will stay in our highlights for 3 weeks (not 2), and, (3) will grace our bi-weekly newsletter.

An employer with a good job to share?

All you have to do is select 'Submit a job for FREE' or 'Submit a PAID PREMIUM job' below, confirm you meet our criteria and fill in the form (and obviously pay if you selected PREMIUM…). Those criteria are:

  1. You pay the Real Living Wage of at least £12.00 p/h outside of London or at least £13.15 p/h within London (or equivalent salary)

  2. You offer contracted weekly hours of 48 or less

  3. You offer a positive working environment, including a commitment to creating a diverse workforce and an ongoing focus on the mental well-being of your team

  4. You are a true independent where your business or restaurant brand has a total workforce of less than 200 people

Once submitted, we’ll design your advert and post on our Instagram stories within the next 2-3 days.
