All about ‘Actually Good’…

Actually Good Chef Jobs was set up in 2020. It began as a platform built to support the future of progressive and independent businesses by introducing good chefs to good jobs in the best kitchens. Those who pay fairly, offer balance and commit to creating positive working environments. This all happened on our Instagram page where we would share those jobs and keep them in our highlights for 2 weeks, all for FREE.

Since then we have shared over 3000 jobs to date and continue to be the only place where every job advertised meets ‘Real Living Wage’ criteria.

The platform has and will continue to evolve offering innovative solutions to employment problems in a fast changing industry.

As well as our Instagram platform, we also operate our own in-house hospitality consultancy service, Actually Good Projects. The team are hospitality experts who have held senior positions in leading F&B brands. We offer chef consultancy (mainly menu development), and F&B purchasing support.
